How and when will I receive my refund?

Once your refund has been validated, it will generally be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same method of payment you used to place your order.

If you paid by bank transfer or cheque, please enter your bank details in the "Billing / Documents" section, so that we can reimburse you.
