How can I find out the status of my order?

From your personal space, you can view the status of your order at any time. Your order is processed in several stages, including :

- Awaiting payment: we have not yet received your payment. To proceed, choose your payment method from the drop-down menu.

- Waiting for your files: (for marking orders only), send them via the "Send files" section. You will then be offered a proof.

- In preparation : the items in your order are in preparation.

- Marking: after approval of the proof, your order goes into production.

- Parcel in preparation: the preparation or manufacturing stage is complete, and your order will be handed over to the carrier.

- Order dispatched : your order has left our premises, an e-mail has been sent to you, including a tracking link for delivery.
