How do I cancel my order?

If you have made a mistake or forgotten an item in your order, you can cancel it within a limited period of time. To do so, go to "My orders", then click on the order in question.

After this time, it will no longer be possible to cancel a blank textile order, as it will be in the process of being prepared.

For personalized orders, if the proof has not been validated, please contact us.

On the other hand, if the proof has already been validated, no cancellation will be possible.
