It is not possible to modify items once your order has been confirmed.
However, if you notice an error, you can cancel your order until we start preparing the items (this is usually possible within a few minutes of placing your order). In this case, a "Cancel order" button will appear in your customer area for the order concerned.
However, you can change your billing and delivery addresses as long as the parcel is not being prepared. To do this, go to your customer area and then to the order in question.
