The item ordered is too big or too small: what should I do?

Our products come from multiple brands that may fit differently. That's why we display the detailed measurements of each item in a size guide.

If one of your items doesn't fit, start by comparing its length and width with those in the guide.

If the difference is more than 2 cm (including manufacturing margin), go to your customer area, "My orders" section, and click on "More options" to create a complaint.
