You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return from your customer area, under the heading "My orders", by choosing the reason "The item is not suitable".
For private customers, the refund will be made without penalty, except for the cost of return.
For professionals, self-entrepreneurs, associations or professional use detected by our system: the return request will be examined by our services. It may not be accepted. In the event of acceptance, 25% of the order amount will be deducted to cover administration costs, in addition to the return costs.
Once the request has been validated, you will be able to: return the items at your own expense or use a prepaid label (the cost of which will be deducted from the refund).
- After 14 days, no return request will be accepted.
- No parcel without a return number will be accepted.
- Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the parcel.
- For sanitary reasons, certain items (masks, underwear, etc.) cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unworn, unwashed, unmodified).
- You are responsible for the return until we receive your package. We advise you to keep proof of shipment.
- We do not offer exchanges. You must request a return and place a new order.
Please create a complaint from your customer area by choosing the appropriate reason.
Items cannot be returned if they have been personalized (marking, embroidery, etc.).
No returns or exchanges possible.
Not subject to the legal withdrawal period (art. L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code).
To ensure that the product and personalization correspond perfectly to your expectations, we strongly recommend that you order a sample before placing your order.
